We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is E.Com for Local orders and DHL for international orders. We ship both domestic and internationally, domestic shipping is free and international shipping cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimate for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Refund: Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

Cancellation policy: Your order can be cancelled before it dispatched. If your order is cancelled after it is dispatched, then return shipping charge and restocking fee of 35% of product cost will be applicable.
